dB Acoustics Pty Ltd were contracted to supply an Acoustic rated enclosure to suit a 2250KVA generator set at the Fujitsu Noble park Facility which weighed approximately 5600Kg.

The acoustic enclosure was rated 85dB(A) one meter from the enclosure and was constructed as a full lift over canopy. The unit was designed to support Fujitsu’s growing Data centre back up capabilities and was integrated into the existing fuel system with new integral fuel tank and pumping system.

The enclosure attenuators ensured adequate air supply to the generator with full cross flow design. Double access doors each side of the enclosure ensured there was adequate right of entry around the generator for servicing. dB Acoustics supplied the full mechanical package including exhaust system, catalytic purifier, fuel system with fusible link control and site installation.
