dB ACOUSTICS PTY LTD manufactures modular interlocking thermal panels for the construction of industrial ovens.
Construction

Panels comprise inner and outer skins of steel (mild steel, aluminized steel, galvanized or stainless steel).

The thermal insulation infill material according to application. Mineral wool of 350 to 450 grades are typical.

50mm to 150mm

Temperature Range:

Up to 300°C

Size:

Max. module width 1050mm - length up to 4000mm
Joints

The panel to panel joint is a male and female profile accurately formed on a multi stage roll former.

The joint requires no fasteners. Panel edges are slotted and insulated to minimize heat loss at joints.

Trim

dB Metal Products supply specially formed channels to neatly trim off any openings for ductwork, dampers, doorways, windows etc.

Doors

Robust insulated doors are provided with the modular system.
